Video: Thailand Timelapse

Paddle 400 miles down the west coast of Thailand in under 4 minutes

Take a month-long sea kayaking trip down the west coast of Thailand in under four minutes with the latest time-lapse from Canadian photographer Ian Taylor. Palm trees, deserted beaches, sea life, and tropical cliffs rising straight out of the crystal blue sea may cause jungle paddling fever. The nearly 400-mile trip from Ranong to Satun looks pretty idyllic, but Taylor warns, “There is one scene of gratuitous violence in the film. No, not the rotting fish. It’s me being pummeled by waves as I demonstrate how not to get off a beach with large swell.”
