Natalie and Leif spent last holiday season surfing at Skookumchuck in the predawn mist. Armed with a brand new carbon freestyle kayak, Natalie was throwing down big air tricks like never before. Cold British Columbian winters keep eddy lines to a minimum during winter sessions and their only company at the wave was the wildlife, as Natalie found out when a curious sea lion decided to surf a swell along side. Looks like a great way to spend the holidays with your paddling partner!
“Skookmas” won second place at the Gorge Paddling Film Festival (Amateur Category) in White Salmon, WA.
