AIRE, Inc., the Idaho rafting manufacturer announced the debut of their new Web site.
AIRE is working to create an online community with the the new site, allowing for both new and existing users to post pictures and videos of their boats in action.
"Our best sales people are our existing customers. This new Web site will rely on imagery provided by the end user," says AIRE’s Troy Cooley.
AIRE's full product line will also be featured on the site. Viewers can navigate to specific products and zoom in on various features, creating a virtual-showroom experience. Each boat will be linked to related videos, photos and suggested accessories along with links to local Aire dealers and outfitters.
Viewers can also tap into how-to, with instructional videos and walkthroughs on basic repair techniques available.
"We spend a lot of time working on basic repair issues with our customers," David Grunke, AIRE Repair Manager said. "We're always happy work with our customers in person and over the phone, but we like to think a picture is worth a thousand words and a video is even better."
The expanded online video content is designed to give customers a resource for regular boat maintenance and other valuable repair information that's good to know both at home and on the river.
The goal of the new site will be to engage customers and provide a community atmosphere so users will want to check in and see new product and check out what other users are doing with their AIRE and Tributary boats. To experience AIRE's new website visit www.aire.com.
