This is the seventh (and final) trailer from Shasta Boyz Productions’ new film, Slippery When Wet. Each trailer features an athlete from the film and provides a little insight into each character’s lifestyle. The sequel to Wet Dreams, this film from Shon Bollock features segments from the United States, Mexico, Hawaii, and Japan, and offers a closer look at some of the most talented athletes in the industry. Here, Devin and Ryan Knight show off runs from all over California, including a first descent of 99 Problems on the South Branch Middle Fork Feather, the Fantasy Falls section of the North Fork Mokelumne and more footage from Japan.
“These are the boyz that started the SBP movement back when I was just a little tyke,” says SBP mastermind Shon Bollock. “Although both have full-time jobs and real life ahead of them, the Knight boys always seem to find themselves surround by some of the most experienced paddlers in the world. I have grown up with these boyz, both were a huge inspiration in my own paddling career but most of all I think they embody the message that kayaking is meant to be fun so don’t take yourself too seriously. Devin and Ryan are some my favorite people to be on the water simply because their safety and desire to continue to push themselves.”
