KIDS PADDLING DRAWING CONTEST

KIDS ..Win great prizes and get featured on Canoe & Kayak‘s website.

We are having a contest for our youngest viewers and paddling members.

Winners will be the ones with the most on-line votes. As soon as we get entrees we will post the drawings and begin taking votes to choose the winner.

APRIL 30, 2006 – Contest closed
MAY 15 ,on-line polling closes
Winners Announced MAY 20

ALL ARTISTS DRAWINGS WILL BE FEATURED ON A SPECIAL KIDS’ GALLERY ON CANOE & KAYAK‘S WEBSITE.

Rules:

Age limit – under 12 years old
Drawing must be completely made by the contestant
Winners will be the ones receiving the highest number of on-line votes
Drawing must be Canoe or Kayak related
A short one or two sentence description must be submitted explaining the story in the child’s own words.
Format: Please mail in (no larger than) 8″x10″ entries to Canoe & Kayak Magazine, 10526 NE 68th St. Suite 3, Kirkland, WA 98033. Mark the envelope “Kids’ Contest.” Send scanned entries as low-rez jpg files to Robin@canoekayak.com. Please make files 72dpi and 800×600 pixels.
