Best Cross-Bow Snow Brace Ever?
“Round Two of voiding my manufacturer's warranty on the snowy slopes of West Asheville.”
A foot of snow is big deal in North Carolina. For Asheville’s Nathan Zumwalt, another big dump this season meant that lightning struck twice for western NC’s resident downhill snow canoeists who aren’t about to wait for things like melting snow to go boating (for Round One, click here). Well, maybe “boating” is a stretch. Zumwalt just prefers to go with, “Round Two of voiding my manufacturer’s warranty on the snowy slopes of West Asheville.”
We’ll at least give him credit for the stroke thrown a minute into the vid — enough proof these frozen boaters have a leg up on the stock yahoo sled heads and Clark Griswold greased saucer shuckers out there.
“I was amazed at how well my whitewater strokes translated to the snow,” Zumwalt says.
